Hook-and-loop straps can be used to bundle cables, wiring, hoses etc. and to fix objects of any kind. They can be reopened and closed countless times and are soft and flexible. The straps are made of fabric with fleece on one side and hooks on the other so the inner side sticks firmly to the outer side.
